Prices are per week and quoted in £ pound sterling, arrival from 14:00pm, departure by 11:00am. Price includes air conditioning/heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.

A 20% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance of the rental is payable not less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking. A fully refundable deposit of £150 or currency equivalent will also be required on all rental periods and is payable not less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period covering damage, breakage, graffiti, vandalism and key loss. The £150 will be credited back to the client within 10 days of departure (dependant on the way you paid your deposit) from the villa less any monies for damage etc. (day to day wear and tear is expected).
