Zygi Maria is a privately owned self catering two bedroom villa on a large detached plot, built 1 km east of the renowned fishing village of Zygi. There are no nightclubs in the village or loud pubs so Zygi Maria is ideal for young families, the elderly or two couples wanting the peaceful surroundings that Zygi has to offer. Zygi is a totally flat landscape so much suited for our elderly clients, it is within 100 metres from the sea and enjoys nice unrestricted views of the Cyprus countryside to the front of the villa and open views of the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea to the rear of the villa. The villa is very well laid out and is also light and airy. Within the villa's private garden is a larger than normal 10m x 5m chlorine swimming pool for the sole use of our clients.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a full remote controlled air conditioning unit installed. The bedroom is at the rear of the villa and overlooks the swimming pool and has great views over the sea. It has a large solid wood double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, dressing table with mirror and extensive built in wardrobes. This bedroom is very light and airy with 2 opening windows and patio doors leading on to the balcony.
Bedroom 2 also has a full remote controlled air conditioning unit installed. Bedroom 2 is at the rear of the villa and overlooks the swimming pool and has great views over the sea. It has 2 twin solid wood single beds with a bedside cabinet in between, extensive built in wardrobes and a wall mirror. The beds can be pushed together to form a double bed if the client wishes. This bedroom is very light and airy with 1 opening window and patio doors leading on to the balcony.
Utilities: In the under stair cupboard you will find an ironing board, Hoover, mop & bucket, sweeping brush, halogen heater, swiffer and clothes horse for airing your washing, inflatable toys for the swimming pool and sun loungers for the patio area.
Living Area: A double sized full remote controlled air conditioning unit is installed. Spacious open plan living and dining area comprising of sturdy comfortable furniture. There is a three seated sofa and a two seated sofa, the three seated sofa doubles into a comfortable sofa bed for one of your party if required. A TV, satellite dish, DVD player/recorder, CD/radio, coffee table with lamp is provided for your convenience. The dining area has a sturdy table and chairs which will accommodate six people. To the rear of the dining area there is a set of patio doors leading on to the patio area where you can relax by the 10m x 5m swimming pool.
Outside: To the front of the villa on the first floor there is a further balcony which looks over the Cyprus hills, this balcony is very nice to sit and cool off as it is sheltered from the sun by the villa most of the day. the balconies at the rear of the house have sun all day long. On the patio there is a table and chairs with parasol to keep you in the shade, you will also have the use of sun loungers for around the pool. A pool shower is installed for your hygiene and we ask that you do use this facility.
Note: We do not allow pets to stay in villa Zygi Maria nor do we allow smoking inside the villa. Kindly obey these rules during you stay at Zygi Maria. Smoking is only permitted outside of the villa.
